This spring honey comes from our high altitude apiaries in the Jura Vaudois (800m). From a very light yellow to orange tone, it exudes a floral amplitude that is at the same time subtle, soft and powerful which reflects the plant diversity of our land. The 2020 harvest was early, the notes of dandelion / lion's tooth mingle with spring wildflowers. Some pots have a hint of rapeseed which gives a slightly creamy texture.
